The Department of Human Services may provide consultation services related to the prevention, control and treatment of juvenile delinquency to local and statewide public and private agencies, groups and individuals or may initiate such consultation services. Consultation services include but are not limited to conducting studies and surveys, sponsoring or participating in education programs, and advising and assisting agencies, groups and individuals.
