ORS 421.612

1995 c.745 §2

As used in ORS 421.611 to 421.630, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) “Authority” means the Corrections Facilities Siting Authority as established in ORS 421.621.

(2) “Department” means the Department of Corrections.
