Fees collected by the Department of Consumer and Business Services pursuant to ORS 446.003 and 446.395 to 446.420 shall be deposited in the Consumer and Business Services Fund established by ORS 705.145 and are continuously appropriated to the department for use as provided in ORS 446.423.
