Known as the Oregon Drinking Water Quality Act

The act spans §§ 448–448 (94 sections).

(1) Any person who knowingly and willfully violates ORS 448.415 (2) commits a Class B misdemeanor.

(2) Any person who knowingly makes any false statement, representation, or certification in any application, record, report, plan or other document filed or required to be maintained under ORS 448.410 to 448.430, or by any rule adopted under ORS 448.410 to 448.430, commits a Class B misdemeanor.
