(1) ORS chapter 255 governs the following:
(a) The nomination and election of the members of the board of directors of a joint water and sanitary authority.
(b) The conduct of elections in the joint authority.
(2) The members of the board of directors of a joint water and sanitary authority shall be elected at large by position number by the electors of the district.
