ORS 458.445

Known as the Oregon Hunger Relief Act

The act spans §§ 458–458 (118 sections).

1989 c.440 §8

The state is hereby granted express power to relinquish the title to any of its property not needed for another public purpose to the United States Government or any other governmental body, political subdivision, housing authority or nonprofit organization involved with providing low-income housing, in order to promote the public purpose of increasing housing options for low-income individuals and families in this state.
