(1) The Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall collaborate with the Department of State Lands on the implementation of ORS 197A.447 and 458.461 to 458.478.
(2) Upon request by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, the Housing Accountability and Production Office shall collaborate with the department on establishing program guidance for the implementation of ORS 197A.447 and 458.461 to 458.478.
(3) The Oregon Department of Administrative Services may enter into contracts or agreements necessary to:
(a) Seek expert consultation on the implementation of ORS 197A.447 and 458.461 to 458.478; or
(b) Obtain appraisals of real property as required under ORS 197A.447 and 458.461 to 458.478. Appraisals of real property obtained by the department under ORS 197A.447 and 458.461 to 458.478 shall be performed by an appraiser registered under ORS 308.010, or licensed or certified under ORS 674.310.
