Known as the Oregon Hunger Relief Act

The act spans §§ 458–458 (118 sections).

1991 c.736 §1

It is declared to be the policy and intent of the Legislative Assembly that the State of Oregon:

(1) Shall assist in improving the quality of life of homeless persons within this state by insuring the availability of an appropriate range of residential opportunities.

(2) Shall seek to reduce the number of homeless people in this state.
