ORS 469.534

Known as the Oregon Residential Energy Conservation Act

1983 c.586 §46

Each county in this state that has a nuclear-fueled thermal power plant located within county boundaries and each county within this state that has any portion of its area located within 50 miles of a site within this state of a nuclear-fueled thermal power plant shall develop written procedures that are compatible with the rules adopted by the State Department of Energy under ORS 469.533. The department shall review the county procedures to determine whether they are compatible with the rules of the department.
