ORS 469.643

Known as the Oregon Residential Energy Conservation Act

The act spans §§ 469–469 (299 sections).

1981 c.778 §8

The Public Utility Commission shall adopt by rule a formula under which the investor-owned utility shall charge all customers to recover:

(1) The cost to the investor-owned utility of the services required to be provided under ORS 469.633; and

(2) Any bad debts, including casualty losses, attributable to dwelling owner default on a loan for energy conservation measures.
