ORS 471.192

Known as the Liquor Control Act

Notwithstanding ORS 471.175, an Indian tribe that holds a full on-premises sales license may purchase distilled liquor for sale by the drink within Indian country directly from the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission at a price negotiated by the Indian tribe and the commission. As used in this section, “Indian country” has the meaning given that term in 18 U.S.C. 1151.
