ORS 479.835

Known as the Electrical Safety Law

The act spans §§ 479–479 (106 sections).

Any person who purchases an electrical product may recover the purchase price from the seller if the electrical product does not meet all applicable state and federal law and the purchaser returns the electrical product within 90 days from the date of purchase.
