Known as the Wildlife Trafficking Prevention Act

The act spans §§ 498–498 (225 sections).

1993 c.440 §4

No person who is the occupant of a motor vehicle that is moving on a road open to the public shall aim a rifle or other firearm from the motor vehicle at a time when the hunting of wildlife is lawful.
