ORS 498.432

Known as the Wildlife Trafficking Prevention Act

1973 c.749 §7

(1) Upon receipt in proper form of an application for a license to operate an outdoor club, the State Fish and Wildlife Commission shall issue a notice of filing to the applicant. Within 30 days from the date of the notice of filing, the commission shall enter an order granting or denying the license. If the license is denied, the commission shall give the applicant notice of the reasons therefor.

(2) If an order denying a license is not entered within 60 days from the date of notice of filing of an application, a license shall be considered granted unless the applicant has consented in writing to a delay.

(3) Orders of the commission regarding the issuance, renewal, suspension or revocation of a license shall be issued and reviewed in accordance with ORS chapter 183.
