ORS 509.019

1987 c.178 §2; 1991 c.701 §18

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an individual lawfully engaged in commercial fishing, while at sea, may consume a portion of the lawful commercial catch, without payment of the fees required under ORS 508.505.
