ORS 511.060

1965 c.570 §143

It is unlawful to take salmon for commercial purposes from all waters inland from the mouth of all streams or tributaries thereof that empty into the Pacific Ocean south of the mouth of the Columbia River, except as provided in ORS 511.070.
