ORS 56.025

1959 c.173 §1

The Secretary of State may designate one or more of the clerks, deputies or assistants of the Secretary of State, in the name of the Secretary of State, to sign or countersign papers, documents, orders and certificates requiring the signature of the Secretary of State. Any paper, document, order or certificate signed in the name of the Secretary of State by the designated clerk, deputy or assistant shall have the same force and effect as if signed by the Secretary of State.
