ORS 58.085

Known as the Oregon Professional Corporation Act

One or more natural persons may act as incorporators of a professional corporation by delivering articles of incorporation to the Office of Secretary of State for filing. The articles of incorporation shall meet the requirements of the Oregon Business Corporation Act and, in addition, shall set forth:

(1) The professional service or services to be rendered through the corporation.

(2) Any other business purposes permitted under ORS 58.076.
