ORS 58.470

Known as the Oregon Professional Corporation Act

The act spans §§ 58–58 (106 sections).

1987 c.94 §11

(1) A certificate attached to a copy of a document filed by the Secretary of State, bearing the Secretary of State’s signature, which may be in facsimile, is conclusive evidence that the original document, or a facsimile thereof, is on file with the Office of Secretary of State.

(2) The provisions of ORS 56.110 apply to all documents filed pursuant to this chapter.
