ORS 599.485

1957 c.390 §19

As used in ORS 599.490 and 599.495, “stockyards” means any place, establishment or facility commonly known as stockyards, conducted or operated for compensation or profit as a public market, consisting of pens, or other enclosures, and their appurtenances, in which live livestock are received, held or kept for sale or shipment.
