ORS 60.257

Known as the Oregon Business Corporation Act

The act spans §§ 60–60 (245 sections).

1987 c.52 §66

(1) Two or more persons may provide for the manner in which they will vote their shares by signing an agreement for that purpose. A voting agreement created under this section is not a voting trust subject to the provisions of ORS 60.254.

(2) A voting agreement created under this section is specifically enforceable.
