Subsection (2) enacted as 1963 c.575 §16; 1973 c.825 §22; 2003 c.14 §377; 2009 c.595 §1037

(1) Violation of any provision of ORS 624.010 to 624.121 or rules of the Oregon Health Authority promulgated under ORS 624.010 to 624.121 is a Class C misdemeanor.

(2) Violation of any provision of ORS 624.310 to 624.430 or rules of the authority promulgated under ORS 624.310 to 624.430 is a Class B misdemeanor.
