All fees collected by the State Department of Agriculture under ORS 632.705 to 632.815 shall be paid to the State Treasurer by the department who shall deposit them in the Department of Agriculture Service Fund. Such funds are continuously appropriated to the department for the purposes of the administration and enforcement of such sections.
