ORS 653.022

Known as the Domestic Workers’ Protection Act

As used in ORS 653.020 (1), “piece-rate-work-day” means any day during which an employee performs any agricultural labor on a piece-rate basis for not less than one hour. For the purposes of this section, “employee” does not include any individual

employed by an employer in agriculture if such individual is the parent, spouse, child or other member of the employer’s immediate family.
