citing decisions per year

Court decisions citing this, by year. The dip in the last several years is a data-coverage gap, not a real trend — our corpus holds fewer opinions from the most recent years, so recent citations are undercounted.

As used in ORS 656.210 (1), “average weekly wage” means the average weekly wage of workers in covered employment in Oregon, as determined by the Employment Department, for the last quarter of the calendar year preceding the fiscal year in which compensation is paid and as computed by the Employment Department as of May 15 of each year.
