citing decisions per year

Court decisions citing this, by year. The dip in the last several years is a data-coverage gap, not a real trend — our corpus holds fewer opinions from the most recent years, so recent citations are undercounted.

“Employment” does not include service performed by a person as a caddy at a golf course in an established program for the training and supervision of caddies under the direction of a person who is an employee of the golf course.
