ORS 657.508

(1) If an employer fails to comply with ORS 657.507, the circuit court of the county in which the employer resides or in which the employer engages in business shall, upon the commencement of a suit by the Director of the Employment Department for that purpose, enjoin the employer from further employing individuals in this state or continuing in business therein until the employer has complied with ORS 657.507.

(2) Upon filing of a suit for such purpose by the director, the court shall set a day for hearing and shall cause notice thereof to be served upon the employer. The hearing shall be not less than five days from the service of the notice.
