(1) Any licensee who has been disciplined by the Oregon Board of Dentistry may obtain judicial review of the decision in the manner prescribed by ORS chapter 183.
(2) Notwithstanding ORS 676.210, enforcement of the board’s disciplinary order pending appeal shall be determined pursuant to ORS 183.482 (3).
