ORS 689.207

Known as the Oregon Pharmacy Act

2005 c.730 §68

For the purpose of requesting a state or nationwide criminal records check under ORS 181A.195, the State Board of Pharmacy may require the fingerprints of a person who is:

(1) Applying for a license or certificate that is issued by the board;

(2) Applying for renewal of a license or certificate that is issued by the board; or

(3) Under investigation by the board.
