ORS 707.090

Amended by 1973 c.797 §56; 1997 c.631 §41

If, after approving the application for authority to organize, it appears to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services that the articles of incorporation, the organization or proposed manner of conducting business do not comply with the terms of the application, the requirements of approval or the requirements of law, the director may refuse to file the articles of incorporation or to grant a charter.
