ORS 723.506

Known as the Oregon Credit Union Act

The act spans §§ 723.001 to 723.995 (180 sections).

Every application for a loan shall be made in the form prescribed by the credit committee, credit manager or loan officer. The application shall state the security, if any offered. Each loan shall be evidenced by a written document.
