ORS 723.712

Known as the Oregon Credit Union Act

The act spans §§ 723–723 (180 sections).

1975 c.652 §75

Each credit union becoming a member of such central credit union may designate one person to be its voting representative in the central credit union, which person shall be designated by the board of directors of the member credit union. Such voting representative shall be eligible to hold office in the central credit union as if such person were a member of the central credit union.
