ORS 726.155

Known as the Pawnbrokers Act

The act spans §§ 726–726 (48 sections).

1971 c.734 §179

(1) Where the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services proposes to refuse to issue a license, or proposes to revoke or suspend a license, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183.

(2) Judicial review of orders under subsection (1) of this section shall be as provided in ORS chapter 183.
