ORS 731.594

1999 c.633 §4

Unless it is shown that the person, including an insurer, acted with actual malice, a person who discloses or provides information under ORS 731.592 has immunity from any civil liability that might otherwise be incurred or imposed with respect to the disclosure or provision of the information. A person has the same immunity with respect to participating in any judicial proceeding resulting from the disclosure or provision of information.
