As used in ORS 743.788:
(1) “Carrier” has the meaning given that term in ORS 743B.005.
(2) “Enrollee” has the meaning given that term in ORS 743B.005.
(3) “Health benefit plan” has the meaning given that term in ORS 743B.005.
