ORS 777.783

1983 c.200 §5

(1) The board may hold regular meetings at the time and place fixed by the rules of the board. A majority of the members of the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.

(2) Special meetings may be held when called by the president of the board or by a majority of the members of the board in the manner prescribed by the rules of the board.
