1987 c.565 §§2a,3

(1) The Port of Coos Bay is hereby renamed the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay.

(2) Notwithstanding ORS 777.135 to 777.165, 777.410 and 777.415, ORS 777.915 to 777.953 apply to the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay.
