The Keep Kids Safe Registration Plate Account is established within the Department of Early Learning and Care Fund. All moneys received by the Department of Early Learning and Care from the sale of Keep Kids Safe registration plates shall be deposited into the account and are continuously appropriated to the department to be distributed to counties as provided in ORS 805.205.
