Known as the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act

The act spans §§ 97–97 (197 sections).

2007 c.681 §22

(1) A person commits the crime of alteration of a document of gift if the person, in order to obtain a financial gain, intentionally falsifies, forges, conceals, defaces or obliterates a document of gift, an amendment or revocation of a document of gift or a refusal.

(2) Alteration of a document of gift is a Class C felony.
