Possession of animal fighting paraphernalia

Known as the Crimes Code

The act spans §§ 18–18 (603 sections).

In addition to any other penalty provided by law, a person commits a misdemeanor of the third degree if the person knowingly owns or possesses animal fighting paraphernalia.
