False registration of domestic animals

The act spans §§ 18–18 (603 sections).

A person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree if he, by any false pretense, obtains from any club, association, society or company for improving the breed of domestic animals the registration or transfer of registration, of any animal in its herd, or other register, or knowingly gives a false pedigree of any animal.
