20 Pa.C.S. § 2208

Forfeiture of right of election

Known as the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code

The act spans §§ 20–20 (744 sections).

A surviving spouse who under the provisions of section 2106 (relating to forfeiture) would not be entitled to a share of the decedent's estate had he died intestate shall have no right of election.
