20 Pa.C.S. § 3312

Renunciation of right to administer property

Known as the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code

The act spans §§ 20-101 to 20-925 (744 sections).

When any property is of no value to the estate, the court may authorize the personal representative to renounce his right to administer it.
