Claims against co-fiduciary

Known as the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code

The act spans §§ 20-101 to 20-925 (744 sections).

When one of two or more personal representatives shall be individually liable to the estate, the other or others shall take any legal action against him necessary to protect the estate.
