20 Pa.C.S. § 3381

Liens and charges existing at death not impaired

Known as the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code

The act spans §§ 20-101 to 20-925 (744 sections).

Nothing in this title shall be construed as impairing any lien or charge on real or personal estate of the decedent which existed at his death.
