Suits on bonds

Known as the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code

The act spans §§ 20–20 (744 sections).

Any bond of a fiduciary shall be in the name of the Commonwealth for the use of those interested in the estate. Suit may be brought thereon by any person interested therein, as provided by law.
