20 Pa.C.S. § 8302

Venue where real property is wholly in one county

Known as the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code

The act spans §§ 20–20 (744 sections).

In all proceedings under the provisions of this chapter involving real property lying wholly within one county the petition shall be presented only in the court of that county.
