Assistance with discovery

Known as the Domestic Relations Code

The act spans §§ 23-101 to 23-8415 (374 sections).

A tribunal may do any of the following:

(1) Request another tribunal to assist in obtaining discovery.

(2) Upon request, compel a person over whom it has jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by another tribunal.
