Testimony by electronic means

Known as the Military and Veterans Code

The act spans §§ 51-101 to 51-9902 (452 sections).

In a proceeding under this subchapter, a party or witness who is not reasonably available to appear personally may appear, provide testimony and present evidence by electronic means, unless the court finds good cause to require a personal appearance.
