Known as the Military and Veterans Code
The act spans §§ 51-101 to 51-9902 (452 sections).
The board has the following powers and duties:
(1) Develop the form required by section 9505(b)(3) and (4) (relating to third-party drugs in long-term care facilities).
(2) Publish a notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin that the form has been developed.
